YMCA Partners Sports Camp

Two week sports camp in July located at the Douglas County YMCA where disabled kids are partnered with volunteers from local High and Junior High schools to participate in sports such as volleyball, baseball, soccer, swimming, tennis and golf.

Bowmans Pond

Privately owned manmade pond that is equipped with sidewalks and rails for easy accessibility. Located in Ollala, Oregon, the pond is dedicated to disabled youth and elderly of Douglas County providing them with a day of fishing and picnicking in this park like setting.

 

Motor Activities Training Program

A full day sports program for those severly disabled youth with mobility issues in Douglas County schools. Most of these students are wheelchair bound. All students are accompanied by a non-disabled student or peer partner.
